- 1 / 5By Patrick ForgeaTERRIBLE SERVICE! Usually I don't write reviews about places but this place was so bad I had to write this.
1st: we got seated, had 4 or 5 waiters/waitressess walk by and not ask us if we wanted drinks. We waites 20mins till we got asked for drinks.
2nd: as soon as the waitress walked over she had a terrible attitude, didn't even introduce herself, didn't get a name.
3rd: i originally wanted a cheese quesedilla, i was told they cant make those, just chicken ones. I'm sorry but if you have a chicjen quesedilla then you should be able to make a cheese one! Duh!
4th: And finally to top it all off, i had gotten thru 3/4 of my meal, on the last quesedilla wedge i bit into there was a piece of hard plastic about the size of a quarter in my quesedilla. And when i brought it to the waitressess attention all she said was "oh okay" when i said, "here, this was in my food" she proceeded to say "if you told us earlier about it then we could've gotten you a new one". Sorry, that's my fault. My bad I forgot i should always check to see if there is a piece of plastic in it!
Needless to say, worst experience at Applebee's ever, which is really sad cause I used to love Applebee's. But i will never go to another one again.October 07, 2016 - 2 / 5By Gerry EimanWe seem to be having issues with the chain restaurants in our area.
We stopped going to Ruby Tuesday's in Windham because of the poor quality of the food.
This meal at Applebee's was just another example of the apathy of management and how it trickles down to the staff.
We ordered two of the same meals. One came cooked decent, the other cold and under cooked.
No thanks. I'll go to my locally owned restaurant in town.July 28, 2016
